Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) - MST is an intensive, family-focused, home-based service model which helps the families of referred young people develop pro-active parenting skills and the ability to effectively monitor and redirect anti-social behavior patterns in their children. CJR's Torrington-based MST Program serves adolescents from Litchfield County who are referred by the Torrington Court. The Connecticut Junior Republic also provides MST services through its Danbury and Waterbury offices. All three locations provide MST services for court-involved adolescents through age 18, and their families.

Youth Equipped for Success (YES!) -serves Litchfield County boys and girls referred by the Courts through the provision of intensive family-focused, in-home services and group counseling. The goal of this program is to meet the individualized needs of referred young people, and to increase positive behaviors, academic performance and structure within the family unit. CJR also conducts a YES! Program in Danbury.

Family Support Center Services Program - Provide assistance for youth and families that file a FWSN (Family With Service Needs) Petition through the Juvenile Court. Many of these children and families are associated with CJR's MST and YES! Programs. Family Support Center services are designed to stabilize the family unit, identify specific behavior-based interventions for the youth, and to assess and advocate for the child's educational needs.

Success Always Follows Education (SAFE)/Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program - The SAFE/TPP Program helps school-referred pre-teens and teenagers avoid risky behavior by promoting accountability, responsible decision-making skills, abstinence, and academic achievement as alternatives to parenthood for adolescent boys and girls. Work-based learning experiences, life skills and family education, tutoring and career education are also provided.
